SKM DÖNERLİ EKMEK PİŞİRİM FIRINI'nın başlıca özellikleri, eşit hava sirkülasyonundan yüksek verimi iyi tasarlanmış ısı dağılımı ve ayarlanabilen ısı değişikliği sayesinde istenilen derecede pişirim sağlamaktadır.
Yakıtta emsallerine göre daha az yakıt yakma özelliğine sahip olup, yanma hücresi daha uzun ömürlüdür. Kapı contası çelik sacdan imal edilmiştir. Lastiğe göre daha uzun kullanımlıdır. Çift dikey plakalar sayesinde otomatik ve manuel buhar verebilir özelliktedir. Çalışan mekanizmalar kapı üzerinde olmadığı için sorunsuz bir kapıya sahiptir. Tamamen krom çelikten imal edilmiştir. Fırın davlumbazındaki aspiratör kapıya bağlı otomatik çalışmaktadır. Bu sayede buhar imalathane içerisine dağılmaz. Yakıt cinsi; fueloil, doğalgaz, LPG, motorin, elektrik ve katı yakıt kabuk çeşitleridir.
